RETURN POLICY

Shipping:

Our standard method of shipping within the US is always $5.95, no matter how many accessories you order. FREE Shipping for all US orders over $75! If your order exceeds $75 (after all promo codes have been applied), we will pay for shipping. After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you! If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. Most US based orders are shipped directly from an Amazon warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Your product will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. All International (Non-US) orders incur a $35 shipping charge which is sent via standard US Mail and may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. International orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

 

Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in new condition, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition or returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for refund.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next contact your bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@EliteTrendHQ.com.
 

Sale items:

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or free items are not eligible for a refund.
 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at Support@EliteTrendHQ.com. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
